The only thing worse than feeling rejected from an unqualified faux seller and thinking there was something wrong with us is getting that faux seller all the way to closing and them pulling out at the last minute. Conversely, there’s nothing better in the game of selling residential real estate than working with a truly qualified bona fide motivated seller. True or false?

Finally, you will know:

  • If that so-called buyer is ready to make an offer on a property now.

(Come on, you didn’t really think it depended solely on if you found the perfect house for them or not, did you? This is one of the biggest myths and time wasters there is in real estate sales.)

  • If the FSBO is ready to list with a Realtor at this time.

(Come on, you didn’t really think it all depended on how good your presentation was, did you? And, why do think so many agents list FSBOs at such inflated prices? Duh, lack of motivation! Do you want those overpriced under motivated sellers? Remember the old saying, “Is he a Prospect or a Suspect?” Even in this market, FSBO’s are notorious for, “Just trying out the market.” They’re not all time wasters, but the majority of them just aren’t ready for you and won’t be for over a year. Do you want to bother with those? Imagine knowing within seconds if it’s worth your investment of time to even talk another minute with them or not. This is an incredible skill to develop and you can do it with the help of this online class!)
