Generally, when you hear a life coach speak of wellness coaching, they are referring to your physical health and your lifestyle as to diet, exercise, use of medicines and alternative health suggestions and disciplines such as yoga and meditation.
I approach the subject holistically and involve your mind into the equation. It’s interplay of physical, emotional, and mental. It’s habit of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
